High Quality 82% concentrated Calcium Carbonate Masterbatch on PP carrier. We call it granulated chalk.

We supply two qualities:
CA27 - our low cost standard with a particle size ave. 4.3 micron. Max size 25 micron. Residu on 325 mesh screen is 0.
PP82 - a finer, treated calcium carbonate with an ave. Particle size of 1.5 micron and a D98 of 9.0 micron.

Especially designed to reduce cost of PP tape for woven bag production.
Dosing level: For Big Bag production 5-15%.
For PP tape for small bag production: 5 - 30%.
For tape: 5 - 40%

CA27 and PP82 can also be succesfully used at around 10% as a filler (for significant) cost reduction) in high gloss Injection Moulded PP parts, with minimal loss of gloss.
For general injection and extrusion: 5 - 30%
