Filler Masterbatches are a risk free method to reduce the overall raw material cost by diluting the expensive base polymer with low cost filler masterbatch. Fillers aid in production output increase and an improvement in product stiffness.
TA80 PP contain 80% micronized talc on a polypropylene carrier.
TA80 PP is designed to improve the stiffness in Polypropylene Vacuum formed trays and blister packaging.
It offers the processor freedom of dilution level to suite the mechanical demands on the parts.
Dosing levels vary from 20 till 30%.
