Product Description
High quality 82% Concentrated Calcium Carbonate Masterbatch on HDPE CA55) and LLDPE (CA60 and PE82) carrier.
Particle size ave. 5 micron. Maximum particle size 25 micron. Residu on 325 mesh filer is 0. PE82 has an ave particle size of 1.5 micron and a max of 10 micron.
Especially designed to reduce the cost of PE (LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE) film for the production of bags.
When added to PE film the masterbatch will give the following advantages to the film production:
- reduction of cost
- higher film stiffness
- improved printability
Dosing levels:
PE film for shopping and garbage bags: 10 - 45%.
For other applications: 5 - 15%.
