High quality Calcium carbonate Masterbatch and Compounds.
Based upon ultra fine ground natural calcium carbonate with an ave particle size of 1.6 micron.
Especially designed to reduce the cost of PE (LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE) film.
Calcium carbonte / Polyethylene blends offer the following advantages:
- reduction of cost
- higher film stiffness
- improved printability
Dosing levels masterbatch
PE film for shopping and garbage bags: 10 - 45%.
For other applications: 5 - 15%.
Compound can be used as it to produce thick, stiff film.
