Low cost alternative TPE resins to Santoprene TPV's in non seal applications upto 70 degr. C. Chemical resistance is excellent to non-fatty substances. Over TPV's these TANAMERA TPE grades show increased weld line strength, easier colouring and fewer flow marks.

TANAMERA TPE are general purpose SEBS based TPE injection moulding grades with a hardness ranging from 50 till 80 Shore A. The grades show excellent adhesion onto PP substrates.

TANAMERA TPE show excellent processing characteristics with typical moulding temperatures around 170 degr. C. and mould temperatures of 30 degr. C.

Typical applications for TANAMERA TPE are soft touch grips, toys and vibration dampening parts.

TANAMERA TPE has a white colour and is easy to colour with a PE or PP based colour masterbatch. The density of this range is 1.00 g/cm3.
