TANAMERA TPE's are SEBS based injection moulding grades with a hardness ranging from 25 till 95 Shore A.
The FDA serie materials fully comply with the FDA regulations for Plastic Materials in Indirect food contact.
Available in Natural (White) or Coloured with FDA approved pigments.

All products, sold in commercial quantities come with a "FDA-Declaration" indicating its components and their FDA status, and a Certificate of Analysis.

The FDA series product  show excellent adhesion onto PP substrates  and are effective replacement of PVC parts.

Typical applications for TANAMERA TPE FDA series are soft touch grips in household appliances and toys.

The processing is easy (machine settings 160 - 200C) and no drying is required. Production waste can be recycled up to 20% without effecting the mechanical properties.
